St Patrick’s Day Parade is back and brought to you by the City of Muncie! Line up at City Hall starting at 4:30pm. Parade pulls out at 6:00pm and will go down Walnut through the roundabout and return to City Hall via Mulberry St. Come downtown and join in the fun !!
