DESCRIPTION:Fusion: Leading Multi-Generational Teams is a hands on journey to a better understanding of generational differences. \nUsing our innovative\, and proprietary\, Generational Game Board\, participants will explore the various social\, political\, and economic influences that shaped the working attitudes of the Greatest Generation\, Baby Boomers\, Generation X\, Millennials and now Generation Z. Our game creates interesting\, and informative\, conversation among participants from various generations. \nThis workshop will equip participants to be more effective communicators and leaders through understanding the various generations in the workplace today. Our goal is to create “win-win” solutions that promote inter-generational understanding and result in positive workplaces and communities. \nKey Takeaways\n• An appreciation of the major generational groups active in the workplace today\n• An overview of the challenges and opportunities multi-generational teams present\n• Insights regarding the world views\, needs\, and skill sets of various generations\n• An understanding of how to facilitate effective collaboration among multigenerational\ngroup members \nEvent will be held in the community room at the Ivy Tech Fisher Building in downtown Muncie.

Raising awareness for issues effecting those in the foster care system and trying to get more people engaged. I will be speaking and bringing others impacted by the system to speak on how they have been effected by the system like Case Workers and Foster Parents! \nALL IN was a movement started several years ago by the federal goverment to entice communities to be ALL IN for supporting foster youth. I decided to create my own space to share my story of survival and foster care and help others become passionate about serving their community. I have been honored to speak all across the United States for National Conferances like the Assemblies of God to small meetings of two people.
